Experian IdentityWorks℠ Review
Stop identity theft in its tracks with Experian’s IdentityWorks℠ , an identity protection service that alerts you when your identity is on an unforeseen path of danger. IdentityWorks℠ is a provider of ID detection, protection and resolution services. By leveraging the global power of Experian IdentityWorks℠ delivers superior protection and peace of mind. With personalized ID theft resolution, IdentityWorks℠ helps assess the damage and clear your name.
What We Like
We love that IdentityWorks℠ is part of Experian, the world’s largest credit bureau. Experian has an A+ rating with the BBB and has been an Accredited business since 2006.
The mobile app sends members an IdentityWorks℠ Surveillance Alert when there is an internet scan of their personal information, a change of address or credit alert.
There is a myriad of resources open to the public on the dangers of and prevention of identity theft that we find to be very informative and helpful. There are checklists on prevention tops, alerts on the most recent ID theft scams, stats and studies on medical identity theft, and other popular articles about phishing and the dangers of a lost wallet in Experian’s education center.
What We Don’t Like
There is no option for mailing list removal.
Otherwise, there’s not much to dislike about IdentityWorks℠. The security and service is solid at a price that’s competitive in the market, especially with a 30 day trial.
The Bottom Line
Because IdentityWorks℠ is Experian’s identity protection service, members can be sure they are getting excellent service in credit monitoring and identity protection across the board. Experian is a major player in the world of identity protection and will be for a very long time. We highly recommend Experian’s IdentityWorks℠ to any customers looking for a quality identity protection solution from a trusted and reputable company.
